LINDSEY COGGINS GRADUATED FROM THE PAUL MITCHELL SCHOOL OF
ATLANTA IN 2008, AND HAS BEEN WORKING WITH DAMON'S DESIGN
TEAM SINCE SEPTEMBER 2008. SHE HAS WORKED PERSONALLY WITH
PAUL MITCHELL MASTER STYLISTS SCOTT COLE AND LINDA YODICE. HER
PASSION FOR HAIR EXCELLENCE IS EVIDENT IN HER COMMITMENT TO
HER CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS. LINDSEY ALSO DOES MAKE UP
AND WAXING, WHICH SETS HER APART FROM MOST STYLISTS! SHE HAS
SUCH A PASSION FOR GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND HAS BEEN A
BIG CONTRIBUTOR TO THE RECENT FUNDRASIERS THAT DAMON'S DESIGN
TEAM HAS DONE AND SHE HAS ALSO HELPED BACKSTAGE WITH SOME OF
MCDONOUGH'S LOCAL THEATER, THE HENRY PLAYERS, PRODUCTIONS.
KATHY ROBISON, ORIGINALLY FROM ADRIAN, MICHIGAN, HAS BEEN
WORKING AT DAMON'S DESIGN TEAM SINCE JANUARY 2009. KATHY
GRADUATED PENSACOLA CHRISTIAN COLLEGE IN 2005. FOLLOWING HER
INTEREST IN HAIR, KATHY ENROLLED IN THE PAUL MITCHELL SCHOOL OF
ATLANTA WHERE HER WORK HAS BEEN SEEN ON TELEVISION AND
GRADUATED IN 2008. KATHY IS AN ADVOCATE FOR THE FIGHT AGAINST
BREAST CANCER, SHE HAS RENEWED OUR INVOLVEMENT IN BREAST
CANCER AWARENESS MONTH BY STARTING SPECIAL SALES AND
CONDITIONING TREATMENTS FOR A CURE. ALSO, SHE HAS BEEN INVOLVED
IN ALL OF OUR FUNDRAISERS AND ALWAYS HAS ANOTHER IDEA OF HOW
WE CAN GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY!

SHE HAS BEEN BRIGHTENING DAMON'S DESIGN TEAM WITH HER
BUBBLY PERSONALITY SINCE JANUARY 2008. ALEX IS CURRENTLY
ATTENDING COLLEGE MAJORING IN HOSPITALITY ADMINISTRATION.
SHE ALSO ENJOYS ATTENDING SALEM BAPTIST CHURCH WITH HER
FRIENDS & FAMILY.  IF YOU'RE EVER IN THE MOOD FOR A TREAT, ASK

Damon, a second generation hairdresser opened Damon's Design Team
in 1984 with his mother. For 10 years, Damon also worked for John Paul
Mitchell Systems as an educator and was involved with National and
International shows and education. As his career in education expanded,
he was promoted to a Senior Educator with Paul Mitchell, making him
one of the top 50 Hairstylists in the United States. Damon's hair designs
have been featured in international hair publications such as Passion
and Inspire. Damon's work has been featured on television many times
including work done for the Miss World Pageant. He has also received
awards for his hair design on the theatrical stage. Damon also has
demonstrated  a flair for the arts by being a member of The Henry
Players.  He has performed in several productions with various roles.  
Damon has also assisted directed and directed for The Henry Players.  
He received many awards and in 2004 received a " Henry " as Best
Director.  Damon was elected to the Board of Directors  and also served
as President to The Henry Players.

Kay is the co-owner of Damon's Design Team, she joined her husband in
the salon in 1990 after managing a national chain salon in Jonesboro,
Georgia. Before becoming a hair designer, Kay worked as a flight
attendant for Delta Airlines but her dream was to be a hair designer and
operate her own business. Kay's work as a hair designer and make-up
artist has been shown in Passion and Instyle magazines, as well as on
local television. Kay worked as an Educator with Paul Mitchell Systems.
Her experience with Paul Mitchell Systems, enabled her to be promoted
to a long hair specialist with focus on special occasion hair styles for
weddings and proms.In her spare time, Kay volunteers her time  as the
primary hairstylist and make-up artist for The Henry Players, a
theatrical group in Henry County.  She also loves to act and has been in
several performances since 1997 with the Henry Players.
